Stephen Kotleba is Vice President of Inventory Planning & Purchasing at Visual Comfort & Co., where he oversees demand planning, inventory optimization, and procurement. With more than 20 years of supply chain leadership including senior roles in forecasting, SIOP, and strategic sourcing at leading consumer goods and retail firms, Stephen combines analytical rigor with a collaborative, cross functional approach to drive reliable new product introductions. He holds an MBA from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee and a B.S. in Business Administration from Marquette University.
