Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Marketing Manager to lead and implement marketing strategies. This role involves designing region-specific campaigns, managing local partnerships, and ensuring alignment with the company’s broader marketing objectives. The ideal candidate will have a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and data-driven decision-making to drive regional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans tailored to the region.

- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, events, print, etc.).
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies for maximum ROI.

- Build relationships with local stakeholders, influencers, and partners.
- Support sponsorships, events, and community-driven initiatives to increase brand visibility.
- Work closely with the corporate marketing team to ensure regional strategies align with overall brand messaging and goals.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop demand-generation programs and support lead conversion efforts.
- Manage the regional marketing budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficient resource allocation.
- Track and report on KPIs and campaign results.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve future marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a regional or similar role.
- Proven experience in managing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., CRM software, email marketing tools, analytics platforms).
- Knowledge of the regional market and cultural nuances is highly desirable.
- Ability to travel within the region as required.
