Position Summary: WAs a Marketing Coordinator at John Galt Solutions, you will play a key role in supporting the execution of events, both in-person and online, as well as assist with global campaign initiatives. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless event logistics, providing administrative support to the global marketing team, and collaborating closely other departments to help drive campaign performance. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and execution of events, including webinars, conferences, and trade shows
- Coordinate event logistics
- Develop and manage event timelines, ensuring all deadlines are met
- Support global campaign initiatives by supporting, creating and executing social media content, email campaigns, and other marketing materials
- Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including data entry, reporting, and research tasks
- Analyze data on campaign performance, providing insightful reports to inform future marketing strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer success, to ensure alignment and effective communication
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field (preferred)
- Proven track record of successfully executing events and marketing campaigns
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot) a plus
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team
