Position Overview:

A Sales Executive at John Galt Solutions plays a pivotal role in promoting and selling ForecastX, a powerful
Excel-based forecasting tool designed to enhance demand planning and inventory optimization. This
position is ideal for professionals passionate about supply chain solutions and eager to drive business
growth through advanced analytics.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Identify and engage potential clients across various industries, including
    retail, manufacturing, and distribution, to introduce ForecastX's capabilities
  • Generate Leads: Proactively generate leads and prospects for ForecastX software and services
    through outbound outreach, networking, and participation in industry events
  • Product Demonstration: Showcase ForecastX's features, such as its advanced forecasting
    algorithms, demand planning tools, and seamless Excel integration, to potential clients
  • Customer Training: Deliver onboarding and training sessions to new clients, ensuring successful
    adoption and optimal use of ForecastX software
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Build Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
    to drive long-term engagement
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings to position ForecastX
    effectively
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to align sales

  • Serve as Point of Contact: Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries and
    escalations, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues to maintain customer satisfaction

Key Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven track record in software sales, preferably in supply chain or forecasting
    solutions
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey
    product value to clients
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to understand client needs and tailor solutions
    accordingly
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Excel and understanding of forecasting methodologies is
