As a Customer Success Sales Manager at John Galt Solutions, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers achieve maximum value from our supply chain planning Atlas Planning Suite. You will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with our customers, understanding their unique needs, and helping them succeed in their supply chain optimization efforts
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and escalations.
- Understand each customer's unique supply chain challenges and objectives.
Solution Expertise:
- Develop an in-depth understanding of John Galt Solutions' supply chain planning
software and services. - Assist customers in effectively utilizing our solutions to address their specific needs.
- Provide guidance and best practices to optimize supply chain planning processes.
Account Growth:
- Identify opportunities to upsell additional products or services to existing customers.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to expand the customer base.
Customer Training:
- Conduct product training sessions for customers to enhance their product knowledge
and utilization. - Provide ongoing education and support to ensure successful product adoption.
Customer Success:
- Monitor customer performance and key metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Proactively address customer challenges and work to resolve them in a timely manner.
- Advocate for customer needs within the organization to drive product improvements.
Feedback Collection:
- Gather customer feedback and relay it to the product development team to inform future
enhancements. - Ensure a continuous feedback loop to improve customer satisfaction and product quality.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field (Master's degree
preferred). - Proven experience in customer success, account management, or sales in the supply chain or
software industry. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain planning and logistics.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
