Global RFP and Enablement Manager

The Global RFP and Enablement Manager is an integral part of the John Galt Solutions go-to-market team. This role reviews and analyzes RFPs, develops strategically positioned proposal responses to present John Galt Solutions’ capabilities in a manner that makes clear what differentiates us from our competitors. The candidate will perform the appropriate investigation, research, writing, and production necessary to respond to RFPs. Working closely with the sales team, this role also ensures the field has the resources, tools, content, and information available to drive sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full RFP and RFIs process from initial receipt through to development of
    responses, and compiling content and input from multiple team members
  • Thorough review of the RFP from determination of fit to identification of any potential
    concerns or challenges
  • Partner with the various teams across John Galt Solutions including Sales, R&D, Services,
  • Security, Marketing, etc. to actively respond to in-depth RFPs and RFIs
  • Customize core questionnaire responses based on the case strategy and incorporate
    appropriate marketing message
  • Manage/update RFP template database, identify/track elements of winning RFPs to help
    drive future success
  • Create winning proposals for complex supply chain planning solutions (SaaS and
    implementation services) that address John Galt Solutions’ client’s needs while highlighting
    our extensive domain expertise and platform advantages
  • Evaluate, recommend, and deliver the resources, tools, content, and information to support
    the sales process including content and messaging specific to sales’ challenges
  • Develop message-specific content for the sales team including golden deck, opportunityspecific presentation materials, sales-oriented collateral, etc.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, English, Marketing, or
    related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years experience managing complex proposals in a fast-paced, B2B environment (supply
    chain and/or SaaS technology strongly preferred)
  • Excellent communicator (written and oral), able to translate complex B2B and supply chain
    concepts into language easily understood by others
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy; expert formatting, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Superior project and time management skills, able to effectively coordinate various levels of
    SMEs effectively to deliver responses on time
  • Able to effectively prioritize among multiple, competing, high priority responses
  • Self-motivated and self-managed, with an ownership mentality
  • Displays a positive attitude and sense of urgency
  • Ability and willingness to work across time zones and geographies, as needed
  • Ability to work irregular and/or extended hours, as needed, to meet the client’s proposal
    deadline
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
