As an Account Manager with John Galt Solutions, you will play an important, highly-visible role in the company. Everyone at John Galt is dedicated to the success of each customer. As an Account Manager you will serve as the face of the company to our customers, ensuring an ongoing successful relationship with each customer. The role is a perfect combination of of sales and customer service.



  • Systematically communicating with customers on a monthly basis in order to expand the account and prevent and solve service issues
  • Support the marketing team with webinars, new customer press releases and success story research
  • Conduct classroom product training, online training and answer ad-hoc product questions
  • Conduct online demonstrations of Atlas Planning Suite and ForecastX Wizard
  • Position & close upgrades with existing customers
  • Write statements of work as needed for customer upgrades & modifications
  • Possess a thorough knowledge of the Atlas Planning Suite including data loads and implementation process
  • Possess a thorough knowledge of the ForecastX Wizard including statistical forecasting, installation and common installation FAQs
  • Account collections
  • Maintain updated customer information in the CRM



  • A knowledge and passion for demand planning and supply chain processes
  • Excellent communication and follow up skills over the phone, via email and in person
  • The ability to uncover opportunities within the customer base
  • The ability to close a deal
  • 5+ years of experience in account management and/or demand planning / supply chain
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
