License Transfer Request

Please follow these instructions to request a transfer of your ForecastX or Atlas license to a new machine or user. Please fill out the form below completely to expedite your request.

John Galt requires documentation that the software has been removed from the computer of the user that will no longer be using the software before we can approve the transfer. We will need two screenshots of the Program & Features window, as shown below. One with ForecastX or Atlas installed and a second one with ForecastX or Atlas uninstalled. Please view the window in details with the Installed On date and Version number clearly visible. You can upload both screenshots in the form below.

Uninstall ForecastX

If the machine has been wiped clean or the hard drive has been corrupted then we will need a written statement from management explaining that the machine cannot be accessed and screenshots are not possible. Please have management email that statement to keymaster@johngalt.com.
