NETGEAR ROLLS OUT ATLAS PLANNING SUITE FOR GLOBAL SALES AND OPERATIONS PLANNING
CHICAGO, IL – April 1, 2015 – NETGEAR recently selected John Galt’s Atlas Planning suite as its enterprise integrated demand planning software system for its global supply chain. NETGEAR now uses Atlas to manage demand and plan supply for over 1,000 products across 44,000 retail outlets and 36,000 value added resellers.
NETGEAR sought a robust, worldwide best-in-class system to empower its sales and operations planning process. NETGEAR needed a demand forecasting tool that could enable its closely integrated supply chain, respond to demand changes and events, adapt to new business and channel requirements and manage fast new product launches and transitions. After an extensive RFQ process, NETGEAR chose ‘Atlas Planning Suite’ from John Galt Solutions for its configurable architecture and flexibility, inventory forecasting modeling, ease of collaboration and user personalization. John Galt was also able to implement the Atlas Planning Suite across multiple NETGEAR global offices spanning four continents.
